Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. This fee may be deducted from the deposit on file.
No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. No-show appointments must submit a new deposit in order to book future services.
